We sell a range of pre-owned (second-hand) and occasionally brand-new items, including electronics, kitchen appliances, health & wellness products, and baby essentials.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products are second-hand and may show signs of use.
All items are tested where applicable and described as accurately as possible.

3. Product Grading System
We use a grading system to reflect the cosmetic condition of our second-hand items. Pricing varies accordingly.
Grade A – Excellent / Mint
Grade B – Good
Grade C – Fair / Working
Grade D – Heavy Use
Grade E – Clearance / Heavily Used
All grades refer to cosmetic condition only
All items are fully working unless otherwise stated
4. Multiple Quantity Listings
Some products may have multiple items available (e.g. 5–10 in stock).
You will receive one item from available stock, not necessarily the exact item shown.
Items may vary slightly within the same grade in:
- Cosmetic appearance
- Packaging condition
- Minor accessories
All items will match the grade and description provided
Returns will not be accepted for minor variations within the same grade
5. No Warranty
All products are sold “as-is” without warranty.
- We do not provide:
- Manufacturer warranties
- Store warranties
- Extended guarantees
Your rights are protected under:
- Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
6. Change-of-Mind Returns (14 Days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
- You may return your item within 14 days of delivery
- You must send it back within 14 days of notifying us
Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must include all accessories and packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds may be reduced if items show signs of use beyond necessary inspection
7. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
We do not accept returns for:
- Pillows
- Any personal hygiene or wellness items
- Any item where a seal has been opened or broken
8. Second-Hand Condition Policy
- Wear consistent with the grade is not considered a fault
- Returns will not be accepted for:
- Cosmetic issues within the stated grade
- Differences between similar stock units
- Issues clearly described or visible in listing
9. Faulty or Misdescribed Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
If your item is:
- Faulty beyond described condition
- Not as described
- Not fit for purpose
You are entitled to:
- A full refund within 30 days, or
- A repair or replacement where applicable
We will cover return shipping costs in these cases.
10. Refunds
- Issued to your original payment method
- Processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
- Delivery costs refunded only if item is faulty or incorrect
11. Return Shipping
- Paid by customer unless item is faulty
- Tracked shipping recommended
- We are not responsible for lost returns
12. Exchanges
Due to the limited and unique nature of our stock, we do not generally offer exchanges.
However, we may offer an exchange where applicable, including:
- If a suitable replacement item is available in stock
- If the item is faulty or not as described
Any exchange is offered at our discretion and subject to stock availability.
If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be provided in line with this policy.

- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only
- After dispatch, this policy applies
